Add the Service Description for Online Booking

It would be great for the client to also read the Service Description when they go to book online.
We already have that field in the 'Manage my Services' to type out the Description, but it's not visible in Online Booking.
This will also be beneficial when we create 'Packages' so the client knows what it contains.
